Our acquisition process includes screening investment opportunities from an extensive pipeline. Nearly a third of the investments offered to Norvin are opportunities presented to us directly by hospitals, surgery centers, physicians and other members of the healthcare community. This is a testament to Norvin's reputation as well as our experience and sensitivity to the many issues healthcare administrators confront in their efforts to improve returns from operations.
